Our instructors share a passion for helping others move, breathe, and find balance — both on and off the mat. Each teacher brings their own style, experience and heart to every class.
A lifelong athlete, Amanda brings her love of movement from team sports, dance, barre, and yoga into every class she teaches. With 3,000+ hours of instruction, she focuses on functional strength, mobility, and empowering others to feel strong and balanced. She is an E-RYT 200 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance.
Arielle found yoga in 2015 while navigating postpartum depression, discovering a practice that helped her heal, grow, and reconnect with herself. As a teacher, she aims to inspire self-love and self-discovery by holding a supportive, welcoming space. Arielle is a 200-hour RYT with an additional 85-hour Prenatal certification, teaching everything from Vinyasa to Yin.
Alex is an RYT 500 with over 10 years of teaching experience. Alex also practices and teaches Tai Chi, and holds two third-degree black belts in Hop-Kido and Ju-Jitsu. With his background in martial arts and yoga, he artfully blends strength, breath, and mindful movement in all of his classes.
Kayla is a licensed professional counselor and certified trauma-informed yoga teacher trained through Yoga Renew. With four years of experience and a role teaching yoga for the VA, she blends whole-health concepts into her movement and her therapeutic work. A Marine and mother of three, Kayla brings strength, compassion, and a love for a good sweat to every practice.
Leslie began her yoga journey in the early 2000s with Ashtanga and is now a 500-hour RYT who enjoys offering a range of intensities to meet each student's needs. Her classes often incorporate essential oils and draw on certifications in Polyvagal Theory, Yoga, and Fascia Flossing. Yoga also informs her 30 years of ministry as a Presbyterian pastor, and she and her husband, DJ, love watching their adult children build their lives.
Sara began her yoga journey in 2005 while raising three young children, seeking peace, balance, and connection. Now an RYT-500 and YACEP, she teaches HotPiYo, Hot 26, Prenatal, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa with an energetic and supportive approach. Sara is passionate about helping students build strength, mobility, and mindfulness so they can become the best versions of themselves--always reminding them that the work is "fun" and balance comes with practice.
Cori began practicing yoga in 2012 and found it to be a grounding way to stay connected while traveling across countries and states for the next decade. She loves yoga for its blend of mindfulness, mobility, strength, and balance, especially in support of running, hiking, and cycling. Completing her 200-hour training with My Vinyasa Practice in 2023, Cori brings playfulness, accessibility, and holistic movement into every class.
Michelle began her yoga journey in 2014, discovering strength, patience, and balance through her practice. Her passion for alignment and anatomy grew from her own injury history, leading her to complete her RYT-200 in India in 2022. There she experienced a holistic approach that included hatha, ashtanga, and yoga nidra. She also enjoys teaching power, yin, and flow styles.
Anna first tried yoga in 2016 after years of experienceing pain due to various back and hip injuries. She completely fell in love with the practice for its seemingly magical ability to clear her mind and wash away her aches. Since then, she has come to love the many facets of the yoga asana practice, as well as the wisdom that can be learned from its many teachings.
Annie began practicing yoga in 2013 to find strength, recovery, and mindfulness while competing on Baylor's Cross Country and Track teams. She earned her RYT-200 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, shaping a teaching style that is confidence-boosting, inclusive, and grounding. Annie is passionate about holistic health and enjoys teaching all levels, from beginners to athletes and busy professionals.
Mattie began practicing yoga in 2017, and immediately connected with its ability to bring balance, clarity, and vital support for mental health into daily life. As an RYT-200 instructor, she focuses on mindful accessible movement that supports students wherever they are in their journey. Passionate about holistic wellness, Mattie loves helping others cultivate both mental and physical well-being through intentional practice.
