Do you have to have a gym membership at Halo Athletic Center?
Duality Yoga and Halo Athletic Center are two different businesses both with the goal of improving health and wellness in the Waco Community. We are separate memberships, but do offer a joint package. If you would like to be a member of both Duality Yoga and Halo Athletic Center, we will take a total of 20 per month off of your combined membership. 10 dollars from each company.
Will there be hot classes?
Duality Yoga will have heat generated by infrared radiant cove heaters. This deep penetrating heat allows muscles to open and heal more fully, as well as giving the body a detoxifying sweat.
What do I wear to a yoga or barre class?
Please feel free to wear anything that feels good and that you can move freely in. We strive for comfort and accessibility.
Do you have showers?
Our locker rooms are equipped with 2 full showers in each men’s and women’s locker rooms. There are lockers there for your personal belongings as well.
What do I need to bring?
We have all props you may need including mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, sweat towels, etc. However, we will NOT have shower towels, so please bring your own. Lastly, bring water and yourself!
What is your policy on timeliness?
Please be 5 mins early to ensure that you have a home in the space for your mat. As courtesy to other students, Duality Yoga will not allow late entry.
