Arielle Henry, Co-Owner

Arielle began her relationship with yoga in 2015 after battling postpartum depression. Searching for a way to feel good about her new self, she unknowingly embarked on the greatest journey of her life. Yoga gave her the courage to look within, and the confidence to grow. As a teacher, her goal is to inspire self-love and self discovery in her students, holding the space they need to do so. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2017 and is a 200 Hour RYT. She also completed her 85 hour Prenatal Teacher Training in 2018. She is passionate about all types of yoga, believing that there is a yoga practice for every mood, every phase of life, everyone. Trained in Hatha and Prenatal, she also enjoys teaching HIIT Yoga, Kids Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Restorative.

Molly Ray

Molly was first introduced to yoga in 2013, after going through a radical life change that left her feeling she needed more from life. She completed her RYT 200 certification because she found that yoga had helped her to love herself and empowered her to become the confident woman that she is today. She hopes to help her students find the same confidence and self-love within through both the physical and mental aspects of yoga.

Maggie Moore

Maggie, an avid reader and traveler, is a native of Conroe, TX now residing in the greater Waco area with her husband, Cody, where she works as an office manager for a local real estate firm. Maggie made the decision, in 2018, to take her passion for barre and fitness to the next level and become an instructor after many years of attending classes across the state and country when traveling. Maggie brings strength and roundedness to her barre classes through high energy and engaging workouts that will have your muscles screaming for more.

Michelle Miller

Michelle is RYT200 certified, registered with Yoga Alliance. Intelligence of the body, mastering the mind, and emotional intelligence are a few topics that keep Michelle hungry for understanding herself and the world around her more intimately and intrinsically.  “I believe yoga is me; I believe we are all yoga. Yoga is our ability to yoke and create, to call upon certain aspects of ourselves to the forefront of our reality ready to embrace all aspects of the world surrounding us. It allows us to meet in peaceful balance that’s supportive of deep growth.  It takes intention, focus, strength and desire to create. I believe as we master our yoga practice we simultaneously become master of ourself and the life we are creating.”
