Arielle Henry, Co-Owner

Arielle began her relationship with yoga in 2015 after battling postpartum depression. Searching for a way to feel good about her new self, she unknowingly embarked on the greatest journey of her life. Yoga gave her the courage to look within, and the confidence to grow. As a teacher, her goal is to inspire self-love and self discovery in her students, holding the space they need to do so. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2017 and is a 200 Hour RYT. She also completed her 85 hour Prenatal Teacher Training in 2018. She is passionate about all types of yoga, believing that there is a yoga practice for every mood, every phase of life, everyone. Trained in Hatha and Prenatal, she also enjoys teaching HIIT Yoga, Kids Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Restorative.

Ainsley Hughes

Ainsley started yoga as a way to rehabilitate injuries. She quickly found a deeper purpose in not only the physical practice, but the mental practice as well. After graduating from Baylor in 2017 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. From there, she expanded her teaching skills to include barre. With a background in contemporary dance, it was an easy fit. Ainsley enjoys pushing people to challenge themselves and find strength in their fitness pursuits.

Maggie Moore

Maggie, an avid reader and traveler, is a native of Conroe, TX now residing in the greater Waco area with her husband, Cody, where she works as an office manager for a local real estate firm. Maggie made the decision, in 2018, to take her passion for barre and fitness to the next level and become an instructor after many years of attending classes across the state and country when traveling. Maggie brings strength and roundedness to her barre classes through high energy and engaging workouts that will have your muscles screaming for more.

Annie Jaska

Annie began practicing yoga in 2013 to find recovery, strength, and mindfulness to supplement her training on Baylor’s Cross Country & Track Team. She received her RYT-200 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, TX, which inspired her teaching style to be confidence-boosting, inclusive, and grounding. She received her BBA from Baylor University and is currently a Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture. Annie is passionate about holistic health and enjoys teaching yoga to all levels, as she relates to beginners, athletes, and business professionals.

Sara Morehead

Sara is an encouraging, energetic and longtime teacher. She loves to teach Barre, Hot PiYo, Hot 26, Prenatal yoga, Slow flow, Vinyasa and Kids classes. She has been teaching since 1995 and started teaching yoga in 2013. Her journey with yoga started in 2005, as Sara was looking for peace and calm from her workouts and home life raising 3 little ones. Through her practice, Sara discovered the special connectedness of body, mind and soul. She hoped to be able to share this gift with others in the future. Sara completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Camp Utopia led by Helen Stutchbury. She then went on to complete her 300 hour yoga teacher training with My Vinyasa Practice led by Michelle Young and Ana Pilar. Sara is passionate about helping clients to become the best versions of themselves by building strength, increasing mobility and flexibility while also experiencing the mindfulness that is offered through yoga. She looks forward to seeing you in class where work is “fun” and your balance will be easier on the other side. Sara is registered RYT-500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.

She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training on the Big Island of Hawaii in November 2014 with Troy McPeak through Peak Beings Yoga.
